NCTS Hub
As one of the most important components of our innovation strategy, we have brought together the software platforms we use domestically and abroad under a single roof. NCTS Hub is designed as a system that provides flexible and agile solutions to our logistics companies that operate nationally and internationally within the scope of the Common Transit Regime and prepares an ERP-focused infrastructure for our companies, except for declaration statements.
This system consists of transit declaration, guarantee management, risk analysis, open declaration tracking, business partner and plate addition, detailed reports, advance tracking, U-ETDS, using own guarantee, authorized sender modules.
NCTS Hub Europe
Tobbund has already successfully completed customs integration processes in Germany, Bulgaria, Italy, Romania, Macedonia, England, Northern Ireland and Hungary and has brought these countries to its customs communication network. In addition, Tobbund has been awarded the Merit Certificate by the World Customs Organization on January 26, 2020 with the completion of the Germany customs integration. In addition to the completed processes, integration projects carried out by our professional team under the NCTS Customs Communication Network umbrella project are also being continued simultaneously.
NCTS Hub Mobile
Our company that provides service on a web-based platform also offers the NCTS Hub application in mobile environment to improve our customers' business processes and enable them to provide more quality service. NCTS Mobile facilitates processes such as declaration writing, declaration submission and tracking with its user-friendly interface design and allows real-time monitoring of transit declaration status.
U-ETDS Integration
It has become mandatory for companies engaged in transportation activities under U-ETDS to make cargo notification. Always with our customers, Tobbund has designed and actively used a user interface on a web-based platform for their cargo notification. Our customers can make cargo notifications to the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure through NCTS HUB.
