Our 16th Ordinary General Assembly Meeting Was Successfully Held

The 16th Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of TOBBUND Logistics Investment Inc. was held on 29 July 2026 with the participation of Mr. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB).

The General Assembly was also attended by Mr. Mustafa Saraçöz, Secretary General of TOBB, whose support has consistently contributed to all of our Company's activities and operations; Mr. Halim Mete, Chairman of the Board of TOBBUND; Board Members Mr. Mehmet Kaya, Mr. Yunus Altun, Mr. İzzet Salah, and Mr. Hasan Yalçın Meçikoğlu; as well as Mr. Ersel Kılıç, Deputy General Manager of GTI.

During the General Assembly, the Company's 2025 operational activities and financial results were reviewed, while shareholders were informed about the strategic projects and objectives for 2026. The meeting also covered TOBBUND's activities within the scope of international transportation and the Common Transit System, investments in Transit Facilitation Centers, digitalisation initiatives, and projects planned in line with the Company's sustainable growth vision.
